RESERVATION POLICY The Courtyard at Pemberton — Private Dining & Event Space Thank you for your interest in The Courtyard at Pemberton. Please read our reservation policy carefully before completing your booking. Advance Reservations All reservations for private dining rooms and event spaces must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Reservations for groups of 15 or more require a minimum of one week's notice. Deposits A deposit of 30% of the estimated event total is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event date. Cancellations • Cancellations made 15 or more days in advance: Full deposit refunded • Cancellations made 8–14 days in advance: 50% of deposit refunded • Cancellations made 7 or fewer days in advance: No refund Catering Our in-house catering team can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegan, gluten-free, and halal options. Custom menus are available with 48 hours' notice. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
