Issue with Course Access — Account #BPL-40291

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report a problem with my Brightpath Learning subscription. I upgraded my account to the Professional Plan on March 5, but I am still unable to access the advanced courses included in that plan. When I click on these courses, I receive an error message stating that they are not available under my current subscription. I have already tried logging out and logging back in, as well as clearing my browser cache, but the issue persists. My account number is BPL-40291. Could you please look into this and resolve it as soon as possible? I was hoping to start the Project Management Fundamentals course this week.
