I'd also like to send two colleagues — Marcus and Yuna — if the budget allows. Could you confirm whether the department budget can cover three registrations at the early bird rate? Also, I noticed the conference offers student pricing. Marcus recently completed his MBA, so he's no longer enrolled, but Yuna is still in her doctoral program. Please go ahead and register all three of you. Regarding Yuna: yes, she qualifies for the student/academic rate since she is currently enrolled in a doctoral program. She will just need to bring her university ID to check-in. That would bring the total for the three registrations to $910 rather than $1,140. One note: I'd appreciate if you could make sure to book the hotel through our preferred vendor, Ashcroft Corporate Travel, as per the company travel policy.
