法律・契約語彙がTOEICで重要な理由

TOEICでは契約書、利用規約、雇用条件通知書、保険書類などの文書がPart7に頻繁に登場します。これらの文書に特有の語彙を知らないと、内容の理解に時間がかかり、時間切れの原因になります。難解な法律専門用語ではなく、ビジネス文書で標準的に使われる語彙を中心に20語を厳選しました。

• clause（条項）— "The non-disclosure clause must be signed before employment begins."
